Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Replacement is possible if the item has not been shipped yet.

Cancellations

Cancellations: accepted

If you need to cancel your order, contact me within 24 hours. I will cancel and issue a refund. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customs and import taxes

FREE TAX for US, Canada, UK and Japan customers.

Import duties may apply in other countries.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures.

Delivery Delay

Please be advised that we are not responsible for delays in postal services.

Refunds

In the event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Please be advised that no refunds will be issued in the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided.

Furthermore, refunds are not available in the event that the shipment was delivered to your local post office but you did not have the opportunity to retrieve it or arrange for a redelivery.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that in the event of a re-shipment of the goods, the shipping cost will be payable again.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
